HIRING ALERT !!! — HIRING SENIOR MLOPS ANALYST FOR LEADING AI SOLUTIONING FIRM (6–8 YRS, UPTO 40L CTC, BENGALURU) :-
Looking for a Senior MLOps analyst who will use variety of data (including customer 360, market and product sales, prior channel activity and affinities etc) to maintain, update, assess and fine tune the performance of the underlying machine learning algorithms that drive personalized recommendations.
Skills required :-
- At least 5 years of in-depth hands-on experience with handling pharma data, including but not limited to, market basket and sales data, customer 360 profiling, channel activity data (sales rep calls, email campaigns)
- Strong coding experience in R or Python
- Prior experience using ML techniques to deploy, assess performance and fine tune recommendation engine models (CNN/RNN, GA, XGBoost etc..), esp for pharma/biotech/insurance/other healthcare players in the US
- Familiarity with cloud technology such as AWS and knowledge of AWS tools, esp Sagemaker, Quicksight, Redshift, Glue, Athena; viz tools like Tableau and PowerBI will be a plus
