PRESENTING WEBINAR ON “GEN AI — WORKING WITH DIFFUSERS FOR IMAGE GENERATION” TOMORROW 4th NOV ’23 :-
Diffusion Models work by destroying training data through the successive addition of Gaussian noise, and then learning to recover the data by reversing this noising process.
There is a forward diffusion process where noise is added across neural layers and then reverse diffusion process which progressively recovers the original signal. Both of these are Markov chains involving probabilistic modeling. In this process the model learns to generate similar images (image generation).
Stable Diffusion, an example of Latent Diffusion models, runs the diffusion process not on the pixel images themselves, but on a compressed version of the image (latent space). The input is a Text prompt that is encoded with Encoder CLIP model and then taken via a UNET model and onto an Image Decoder. The results are remarkable images generated from text prompts.
